Why Choose Us

  • Is it time to downsize ?

  • Your needs have changed ?

  • Move closer to family ?

  • Or just take advantage of the Markets great returns ?

  • It is time to sell !

Why Choose Us?  It's in the marketing, every property we list gets the red carpet treatment. We go all out. Big home, little home, somewhere in between, it doesn't matter.

Below we have examples of the different presentations we will produce to not only sell your home quickly, but get you top dollar as well.

  • Every home will be professionally HDR photographed.

  • Every home will have an aerial presentation (unless located in a no fly zone). This may be a video or still images, or both. The property location and local amenities will determine which. We like to show close proximity to parks and schools.

  • Every home will have either a 360 3D tour or a video walk through. This is determined by the home layout, some homes present better one way or another.

  • If located in a golf course community, an aerial of the golf course will be provided.

  • A Google map that also shows what is nearby, schools, shopping, parks etc.

This presentation will be part of the RMLS listing as well as posted to Facebook, Linkedin, Pinterest, and Tweeted.

Our guarantee isn't that your home will sell, but that we will do everything we can to get it sold. When you sign, our work begins, we don't just list it and see what happens. That's a promise.

Our sample is not a golf course home, it's just a good example of what we will do for you.
